80’s Song of the Week: Oingo Boingo – Dead Man’s Party

Danny Elfman is one of the most famous composers in the world. He’s scored numerous movies and written themes for many TV shows. He’s probably most well known for the Simpsons theme and the main theme from Batman. But in the 80’s he was known as the frontman for the new wave band Oingo Boingo. They were a pretty cool band, even for the 80’s. They even played Rodney Dangerfield’s party in the movie Back to School, playing one of their biggest hits “Dead Man’s Party”.
