The first final four machup consists of two very well known basketball programs with Duke Vs Michigan State. Duke came into this tournament as a #1 seed and hasn’t disappointed by covering their spread in all four games and having their closest game be a 6 point victory. Michigan State came into this tournament as a #7 seed and has beat some very good opponents thus far in Georgia, Virginia, Oklahoma and Louisville. Even though Michigan State is a #7 seed it’s no fluke that they have gotten this far. Michigan State has only allowed 70 points once this tournament and it was a game that went into overtime. While Duke hasn’t allowed an opponent to reach 60 points yet this tournament. With two teams that both have Hall Of Fame coaches in Tom Izzo for Michigan State and Mike Krzyzewski for Duke I expect them both to have their teams ready to play in this game. Usually games of this importance teams start to play a little more conservative and have more energy on the defensive side of the ball. With that combined with the fact we have two very good defensive teams I expect this game to not be very high scoring.
