The virtual reality world is taking over (kinda). Between Playstation just about ready to launch their plug in program, Samsung with their Gear VR going strong, and Oculus Rift there are some options out there. Some far more expensive than others. Either way, it’s becoming more and more mainstream; with that mainstream comes more programming. VR shows are already in the making and becoming a reality.
Hulu recently announced they will be moving forward with two VR exclusive shows. One comedy, Virtually Mike and Nora, featuring Nora Kirkpatrick and Mike O’Brien. They’ve been signed on for 5 episodes to start. While the other show, a news show, The Big Picture: New In Virtual Reality is signed on for 10 episodes.
This certainly sounds weird, more so watching the news in virtual reality over the comedy show. Virtually Mike and Nora could actually be a big deal. We can only speculate for now. Will you be watching these two shows when they come out?
