Netflix Picks of the Week
If you’re over cable like I am, then you most definitely have Netflix. With Netflix’s wide library of movies and up and coming TV shows, there are so many options to choose from. Here I will break down a couple movies from different genres, and one TV series. Netflix has so many movies, so don’t be alarmed if a big time movie isn’t mentioned. I have most likely seen it, but I mostly want to give people an extra reason to watch that movie they almost clicked on the other night. Each excerpt will be accompanied with my own Netflix rating. Some Oldies but Goodies
Comedy of the Week: The Big Lebowski
The Big Lebowski is an all time great cult classic. This movie follows the random events that follow Jeff Lebowski, who prefers to be known as “The Dude” (played by Jeff Bridges), having his rug stolen from him. A laid back stoner is mistaken for the wrong Jeff Lebowski, and to try to set things right, The Dude sets off to find out what is really going on. Lebowski finds himself helping the Jeff Lebowski he was previously mistaken for, settle a ransom for a kidnapping of his wife. What The Dude doesn’t know, is that his friends Walter and Donny, will help him turn the tables so that it will benefit The Dude instead. This movie is hilarious and witty, with tons of different ways to make you laugh. One of Jeff Bridges best known movies it’s no wonder why his career has been so successful.

Having promised to quit the poker tables for his girlfriend, Mike finds himself yearning to go back. All he needs is a little push from newly released worm to get back into the scene.
