Tony’s Football Picks Of The Week- Week 9

We didn’t find much value for week 8 so we took the week off. We’re back this week to give you winners!

Green Bay Packers Vs Carolina Panthers

The Carolina Panthers head into week 9 with an impressive 7-0 record. The Packers lost their first game of the season to Denver to move to 6-1. Aaron Rodgers is coming off of an awful game where he only threw for 76 yards. It doesn’t matter who Rodgers plays this week he’s going to come out to redeem himself. The Panthers also looked a little shaky towards the end of their last game where they watched a 17 point lead in the 4th quarter disappear. I expect the Packers to get back into the win column this week and hand Carolina their first loss of the season.

Tony’s Pick: Packers -3

Washington Redskins Vs New England Patriots

To start off this matchup isn’t even fair. The Patriots are in a league of their own and the Redskins will have to play perfect football just to not lose by 20. In my opinion, the Redskins are one of the worst teams in the NFL and the Patriots without a doubt are the best. When you also factor in the fact the Patriots are coming off of 10 days rest, it just gives them an extra advantage that they don’t even need. Tom Brady and company never have a problem running teams out of the stadium and that’s exactly what we’re going to see on Sunday.

Tony’s Pick: Patriots -14

Atlanta Falcons Vs San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers finally did what they should’ve done a long time ago, bench Colin Kaepernick. Blaine Gabbert will be the starting quarterback for them Sunday. I’m not saying the 49ers will come out and win the game, but with a new quarterback I think the team will come out with more energy and more inspired. The 49ers still have some solid playmakers and the Falcons have struggled over the past couple weeks. With the 49ers having a new quarterback and being at home we expect them to at least compete in this one.

Tony’s Pick: 49ers +7
