👈🏻January 2015 – November 2016 👉🏻 110lbs to 138lbs. I'm 5'8". Almost 2 years and 30lbs difference. – It has been a while since I posted a transformation picture… Your initial thought is probably that I had an eating disorder, which was NOT the case. My immune system was compromised and I had multiple health issues that eventually resulted in me losing tons of weight (fat and muscle). Those black spandex shorts were actually very loose on me in that first picture. I posted a YouTube video explaining my health journey, how I got sick, and how nutrition did amazing things for my life. – This past year is when I was finally able to get a hold of my health and to become "normal" again. I am so happy that I can finally say I am truly the healthiest I have ever been or looked. 🙏🏻 It was probably the most stressful time of my life but I am so grateful for it because I was able to learn how to heal myself and how to benefit others as well. – I am so grateful to be able to share this journey and to help and motivate you along the way. Thank you for your continued love and support! – And remember… 🖕🏻the scale. #transformationtuesday
