Quarterbacks

Big Cost, Big Points – Russell Wilson (SEA)

RUSSELL_WILSON_SEAHAWKS

Wilson is the hottest player in the NFL right now. The Browns can’t slow him down.

Value Play – Blake Bortles (JAC)

Bortles isn’t great but he’s thrown 30 touchdowns this year. The Falcons defense has had some problems lately too.

Others – Drew Brees (NO), Cam Newton (CAR)

Brees at home on a nationally televised game is gold. Cam Newton is almost as hot as Wilson.

Running Backs

Big Cost, Big Points – Adrian Peterson (MIN)

ADRIAN_PETERSON_VIKINGS

Peterson faces a Bears defense that is giving up almost five yards per carry. Peterson should have his way with them.

Value Play – Latavius Murray

Murray is pretty cheap now. The Packers run defense isn’t too good. either.

Others – Lamar Miller (MIA), Jeremy Hill

Good matchups for these guys.

Wide Receivers

Big Cost, Big Points – DeAndre Hopkins (HOU)

Hopkins had over 150 yards last time against the Colts. He’s in line for another big day.

Value Play – Willie Snead (NO)

Snead is back from injury and is one of Drew Brees’ top targets

Others – Allen Hurns (JAC), Danny Amendola (NE)

ALLEN_HURNS_JAGUARS

Hurns is the number two receiver in Jacksonville but he’s still putting up big numbers. Amendola will be Tom Brady’s top target against Tennessee’s poor defense.

Tight Ends

Big Cost, Big Points – Greg Olsen (CAR)

Cam Newton should continue his great play against the Giants. Olsen should have a nice day.

Value Play – Antonio Gates

The Chargers don’t have too many guys left catching passes. Gates is one of them.

Others – Jordan Reed (WAS)

JORDAN_REED_REDSKINS

Reed could have a big game against Buffalo. He’s still Kirk Cousins favorite receiver.

Defenses

Big Cost, Big Points – Seahawks

The Seahawks face Johnny Manziel, who sill isn’t very good.

Value Play – Dolphins

The Chargers offense is really struggling. They’ve only managed a field goal in three of their last four games.

Others – Cardinals, Chiefs

Both defenses are playing well and facing poor offenses.
