Week 6 Daily Fantasy Picks

We’re almost to the midway point of the season. Seriously. It seems like the season just started. But it’s week 6 already and here’s our daily fantasy picks.

Big Cost, Big Points – Tom Brady (NE)

Tom Brady is the pick here again. He’s such a consistent performer and he’s going against a Colts defense that’s struggled this year. My only worry is that the Pats crush the Colts using the run game like they have previously.

Value Play – Brian Hoyer (HOU)

Hoyer is realLy cheap but he’s actually played decently when he’s actually played for the Texans. The Jaguars defense can’t stop anyone and I don’t think they’ll stop Hoyer this week

Others – Sam Bradford (PHI)

Bradford seems much more comfortable in the Eagles offense now. The Giants pass defense has not been good this year. You saw what Kaepernick did to them this week. Now they’re without starting corner Prince Amukamara.

Running Backs

Big Cost, Big Points – Eddie Lacy (GB)

The Chargers still can’t stop the run, even when the game is on the line. The Packer should be winning comfortably for much of the game which means a lot of carries for Lacy.

Value Play – Charcandrick West (KC)

West is the obvious value play this week. So obvious that almost everybody will be starting him.

Others – Matt Forte (CHI), Leveon Bell

Both of these guys get a ton of touches every week and they have the talent to make something out of them even when facing bad matchups.

Wide Receivers

Big Cost, Big Points – Deandre Hopkins (HOU)

If you go with Hoyer, you have to pick Hopkins too. He leads the NFL in targets.

Value Play – Kamar Aiken (BAL)

Aiken is now the number one receiver in Baltimore. I know you’ve never heard of him but it’s true.

Others – Jordan Matthews (PHI)

Matthew could have a big day against that weak Giants pass defense.

Tight Ends

Big Cost, Big Points – Rob Gronkowski (NE)

No explanation needed.

Value Play – Larry Donnell (NYG)

The Giants receivers are banged up and Donnell should benefit

Others – Martellus Bennett (CHI)

Bennett is still getting a ton of targets. The Lions defense is no good.

Big Cost, Big Points – Jets

The Jets have Sheldon Richardson back and Kirk Cousins scares no one.

Value Play – Browns

The Browns defense has been awful which means they’re really cheap, The Broncos have been almost as bad offensively and Manning has thrown 7 picks already.

Others – Panthers

The Seattle struggles on offense are real. The Panthers are getting Luke Kuechly and have been fine without him.
